The Company is the service provider responsible for online sales, e-commerce transactions and information society services within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Website Services

Through this website, users may:

• browse general product information

• place online orders for Bee Factor cosmetic products

• complete secure electronic payments

• contact customer support

By placing an order through beefactor.ae, the customer accepts the present Terms & Conditions and acknowledges the characteristics, ingredients, warnings and price of each product displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

3. Products

The available products are cosmetic and skincare items manufactured by Bee Factor in certified production facilities compliant with EU and international cosmetic regulations.

4. Proper Use – Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for:

• misuse of the products

• allergic reactions due to ingredients not tolerated by the user

• any adverse effects caused by failure to follow usage instructions

The customer is exclusively responsible for:

• checking for allergies and sensitivities

• using the product according to the instructions provided on the packaging

Products must not be transferred to third parties without their full packaging and instructions.

5. Payment Methods

6. Delivery Time

7. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

8. Right of Return / No Return on Opened Cosmetics

For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if:

• opened

• used

• unsealed

• damaged by the customer

This is a universal hygiene standard for cosmetic products.

However, unused, unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to:

• prior authorization

• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

• customer covering return shipping costs

9. Replacement of Defective Products

The Company will replace or refund any product proven to be defective, provided that:

• the defect is not caused by misuse or mishandling

• the customer provides photographic evidence

• the claim is submitted promptly after delivery
