1. Delivery Regions

The website beefactor.ae delivers exclusively to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Arab Republic of Egypt

No international deliveries are available to any other country.
Orders made outside UAE or Egypt will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

This restriction forms part of our official distribution agreement with the regional partner.


2. Delivery Methods (UAE)

Deliveries within the UAE are fulfilled through our approved logistics partners.

At checkout, customers will see the available methods for their Emirate (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).

Delivery Time (UAE)

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Express same-day (where available): within the same day, if the order is placed before cut-off time

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, traffic, peak seasons, or courier delays.


3. Delivery Methods (Egypt)

Deliveries to Egypt will be fulfilled via our trusted local courier partners.

Delivery Time (Egypt)

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Customs duties do not apply for internal Egyptian deliveries.
All deliveries are domestic via our local partner.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • delivery country (UAE or Egypt)

  • courier selected

  • shipping method (standard / express)

  • weight & size of the order

  • any active promotions or free-delivery offers

Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing their order.


5. Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, the distributor may offer:

  • Free standard delivery within UAE for orders above a certain amount

  • Free shipping in Egypt for qualifying orders

  • Limited-time promotions during campaigns

When active, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.


6. Delivery Process

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • a tracking number

  • SMS and/or email updates

  • expected delivery date

If the courier cannot reach you, a second delivery attempt will be made.
Non-delivery due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts may result in additional fees.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Deliveries within UAE and Egypt are domestic.
No additional customs charges apply.

If the customer incorrectly places an order to a restricted or unsupported country, any customs fees or return charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

In cases of:

  • incorrect address

  • unreachable phone number

  • failure to receive the package after courier attempts

the customer may be charged for re-delivery or return fees.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Bee Factor and the distributor are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • courier operational issues

  • peak season congestion

  • weather conditions

  • traffic restrictions

  • unexpected logistics interruptions

  • force majeure

We always work closely with our delivery partners to minimize delays.
