Bee Factor Natural Cosmetics – Return Policy
1. Right to Return (7 Days)
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return eligible products within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your package.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all labels, seals, and protective components.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
opened products
used products
products with broken or removed hygiene seals
products that show wear, damage, or alteration not related to transport
These restrictions apply to all cosmetics and skincare items, in accordance with international hygiene standards.
3. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
To request a return:
Contact our Customer Care Team at info@beefactor.ae.
You will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization or without an RMA number cannot be processed.
4. Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned:
unopened and unused
in perfect, original packaging
with all safety seals and labels intact
properly protected for transportation
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Shipping the Return
Once your request is approved:
We can arrange the return shipment through our partnered courier.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must keep the shipping receipt / tracking number until the return is completed.
Bee Factor is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
6. Partial Order Returns
If only part of your order is returned (e.g., one product out of several), the customer remains responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase:
are non-refundable,
even if they were free due to a promotion (e.g., free shipping on orders over AED X).
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued:
within 14 calendar days
after we receive the returned item(s)
and complete the condition inspection
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method, such as:
the same credit/debit card
the same bank account
the same payment provider used at checkout
For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to different bank accounts, cards, or third-party beneficiaries.
9. Bank & Payment Processing Times
Once the refund is submitted by us, the credit may take:
1–7 business days
to appear in your bank account or card, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Bee Factor is not responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, or payment providers.
10. Packages Returned Without Authorization
Please do not ship products back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns (without RMA) cannot be tracked or processed.
